Abandoned Complex Burns
Firefighters from Gainesville Fire Rescue manage a fire burning late in the south wing of Building C at Kennedy Homes on Southeast Eighth Avenue. Deputy Chief Gene Prince said the fire in the abandoned structure was suspicious.
